We provide urgent call taking, data entry and emergency services. Once registered, you'll provide customer support from home and have TOTAL CONTROL over your work hours.

CSR - Customer Service Representative

 What You'll Be Doing:

Taking inbound sales, customer service, and store support calls from customers, assist with product questions, provide store-specific support, and more. Education Necessary: No degree necessary! This is a great work-from-home opportunity for anyone who is ready to invest in themselves and work hard! In order to service a client through the Arise® Platform, you must pass a series of assessments, and pay for and successfully complete a virtual certification course. NO DEGREE NEEDED WE TRAIN YOU!

Certification courses can be as short as a few days or can last up to six weeks, depending on the complexity of the client program.

What It Takes To Succeed: 

 Display patience, empathy, a unique ability to manage stress, and the capability to work under pressure and adapt to adverse situations - Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and eloquent customer service -

Must be a US Citizen, 18 years or older and have not been convicted of a felon. 

Equipment needed: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED EQUIPMENT, WE CAN PROVIDE RENTAL EQUIPMENT FOR YOU.
